Banquet Menu 2008

There is a $500 minimum for banquets and parties on Sunday and Monday.

Family Style - $20

Garden salad with 1 dressing on the table - Rotisserie Chicken - Pot Roast with Gravy - Pasta Provencal - Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Carrots - Dessert - choose one - White Cake, Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler or Bread Pudding.

Italian Buffet - $19

Garden Salad tossed with Italian Dressing - Italian Flatbread and Garlic Butter Bread Sticks - Rotisserie Chicken Vesuvio Style - Pot Roast Italian Style - Stracotto - Vegetarian Lasagna - Tiramisu.

Mexican Buffet - $18

Garden Salad tossed with Salsa Ranch Dressing - Black Bean and Cumin Bread Sticks - Mexican Pizza - Rotisserie Chicken with Fajita Seasoning - Taco Bar with Beef Barbacoa, Grilled Peppers, Salsa, Guacamole, Sour Cream - Mexican Lasagna - Mexican Chocolate Torte for dessert.

New Orleans Buffet - $19

Garden Salad tossed with Caesar Dressing - Jalapeno Cheese Biscuits - Chicken Jambalaya - Blackened Catfish - Cajun Pasta with Shrimp, Andouille Sausage (pork) and Jalapenoes in Cajun Cream Sauce (bacon) - Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce.

French Buffet - $23

French Farmer Style Salad with Bacon and Potatoes - Beef Bourguignon (Burgundy Beef) - Coq Au Vin (Chicken in Wine with Ham, Mushrooms and Onions) - Pasta Provencal - Apple Puff Pastry with Caramel Sauce.

American Buffet - $18

Garden Salad with 1 dressing - Rotisserie Chicken - Pot Roast with Gravy - Pasta with Marinara Sauce - Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Carrots - Dessert - Choose one - White Cake, Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler or Bread Pudding

Finger Licking Good Buffet - $19

BBQ Ribs - Rotisserie Chicken - Assorted Pizzas - Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad and Steak Fries - Vegetable Du Jour - Dessert - White Cake or Chocolate Cake.

Pizza Buffet - $10

An eclectic variety of pizzas made with our own Italian Flatbread Recipe! BBQ Chicken, Smoke Gouda Mushroom, Pepperoni, Sausage and Peppers, Spinach Feta, Mexican, Avocado Crab, etc., etc.

Casual Sit Down Dinner #1 - $19

Salad with 1 Dressing - Veggie Lasagna with Red Sauce (Minimum of 15 servings) or Stuffed Moroccan Peppers or Vegetarian Crepes (Select one) - White Cake, Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler or Bread Pudding (Select 1).

Casual Sit Down Dinner #2 - $20

Salad with 1 Dressing - Chicken Basque or Chicken Provolone or Hunter’s Chicken or Chicken Saltimbocca ($2 extra) (Select one) -

Casual Sit Down Dinner #3 - $21

Salad with 1 Dressing - Burgundy Beef or Pot Roast with Gravy or Italian Pot Roast (Select 1) - White Cake, Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler or Bread Pudding (Select 1).

Casual Sit Down Dinner #4 - $23

Salad with 1 Dressing - Mix Lasagna, Chicken and Beef from the above packages - White Cake, Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler or Bread Pudding (Select 1).

Sandwich Lunch Buffet - $9

Our sandwiches will be cut up so ypu can taste a variety of sandwiches - Choice of two sides - Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans and Fries - Fresh Fruit. Add brownies, lemon squares, pound cakes or cookies for $1 more per person.

Appetizer Buffet - $11

Italian Flatbread and Assorted Pizzas - Grilled Portobello Mushrooms - Roasted Garlic and Goat’s Cheese - Quesadillas - Tapenade and Bruschetta - Albondigas (Meatballs) Add $2 per person - Shrimp Albear Add $6 per person.

One Plate Afternoon Luncheons - $9

Chicken Salad with Terra Chips and Fresh Fruit. Choose American, Honey Mustard or Curry Apple - Quiche with Salad and Fresh Fruit. Choose Spinach Feta, Broccoli Cheddar or Potato Bacon. Ham and Swiss, Smoked Salmon and Shrimp - $2 extra. Chicken Potless Pie - with Puff Pastry Top - 1$ extra.

Dessert - $2 extra - White Cake, Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler or Bread Pudding.

Formal Sit Down Dinner - $32

Soup or Salad - All one kind - Prime Rib with Baked Potato (Must be ordered in increments of 12 servings) - Osso Bucco with Asparagus Risotto (Must be ordered in increments of 12 servings) - Horseradish Encrusted Salmon - Veal Saltimbocca or Chicken Saltimbocca - Desserts - Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, Apple Cobbler, Bread Pudding, Apples in Puff Pastry or Tart Tatin.

Custom Menus can feature any of our normal menu items and any of the following: Lobster Tail - Surf and Turf - Beef Wellington - Osso Bucco - Fresh fish such as Salmon, Catfish, Halibut, Trout, Grouper.

Market Prices for all of the above custom items.
